Toner Elio Collection is a mixture of organic pigments dispersed in an aqueous and stabilized phase. You can mix it with Elio Collection Bases in a bucket ratio with a jar, with two jars and four jars.
These blends allow creating folders with 120 gradations of different colours for seven of the eight bases, and a folder with 84 gradations only for base Metalli Preziosi . We recommended using for indoor surfaces only.
