Universal water-based wall coating, consisting of special resins and finely ground silica sands. Its uniforming capacity allows the decorative finishes of the Elio Collection line to be applied with extreme ease, distributing them without causing overlapping and flaking. After application, both the primer and the top coat cross-link synergistically, thus developing a single compact film tenaciously anchored to the substrate, even on surfaces previously painted with other paints.
