Water-based decorative anti-algae wall coating, consisting of finely ground quartz sands, particularly suitable for the restoration of old buildings, monuments, as well as for the painting of new buildings, prefabricated elements, exposed concrete, where a coating highly resistant to the most aggressive atmospheric agents and excellent color retention is required. A protective barrier against driving rain, thanks to special additives, it guarantees water repellency and breathability at the same time. Its high covering power makes it possible in many cases to obtain perfect finishes even with just one coat. Obviously, to optimise guarantees against the wear and tear of time, two coats are recommended.
